PTM’s Culligan Dealer National Direct Mail Program contributes to dealer growth

Multiple dealers have recently joined PTM’s national program for direct mail resulting in new sales inquiries. The program operates on a weekly basis and mailings are sent to new property owners, current customers where maintenance service is needed, as well as saturation mailings for large targeted areas of residential and commercial customers. Mailings range in size from 10 to over 25,000 pieces.

PTM’s service team interfaces with each dealer’s management to set up the recurring or one-time mailings. Dealer-specific artwork can be created and Culligan’s artwork and/or local dealer artwork can be included on the mailing pieces.

Driving down lead costs with “Live Chat”

PTM is driving down dealer lead costs by adding the “Live Chat” function to local dealer websites. Once staff is trained how to quickly respond to the online chats, consumers can be helped quickly with customer service situations or sales inquiries. Since consumers have very limited time, this service reduces time investment for an online consumer. The cost of the inexpensive Live Chat service can be offset by the additional volume of sales inquiries created by the service.

PTM’s online Culligan dealer web presence continues to gain strength

Operating in 30 states, PTM continues to coordinate local market website presence with Culligan’s national branding effort. Feel free to check out a sample site at http://www.culligangreatfalls.com. The local dealer websites are highly functional and are designed to minimize the time it takes to contact Culligan on a desktop or smartphone via high value landing pages. PTM tracks the performance of these sites daily and relates the value to dealers with custom tracking systems.

Update from the Culligan 2018 Tri-State CDANA Dealers Convention

PTM sponsored the Culligan 2018 Tri-State CDANA Dealers Convention in Fort Wayne, Indiana from September 19-21, 2018. In addition to dealer meetings, PTM participated in the Product Fair demonstrating its latest innovations and offerings for advertising and lead generation. The event was successful for PTM and participating dealers.
